Disclaimer: You don’t have to be a dancer to dance. You don’t have to be a yogi to try yoga. You don’t have to have a great sex life to practice sensuality.

Don’t worry. You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Ok, now that we covered that…

How do we keep our lives and our healing embodied?

When you’re sad, move.

When we’re angry, move.

When you’re happy, move.

The month of Capricorn was all about grounding, and I want to take this opportunity to start here, at our roots. If you’re not into the whole astrology thing, I get it, take it or leave it. But I like to think about our relationship to the sky and the stars, like our ancestors did.

Either way, I encourage you to take time to play with your sense of grounding through movement. And also, as we move into the time of Aquarius later this month, let us play with our FREEDOM. Our freedom of movement and expression 🙌🙌💃😋

Our sense of grounding is the foundation for our play. Our groundedness serves as our strength for our creativity and imagination. Keep this idea of grounded freedom as your inspiration while you move and engage with your sensuality through this guidebook, the movement classes and beyond!
