Hello Fellow Feelers,
Despite some slight technical difficulties—it was a joy to share time and energy with those of you who made it to Dance Meditation on Tuesday. I am looking forward to growing that practice with all of you.
This week I’ve been looking for ways to honor myself. For ways to show up for myself, again and again.
